Library Services

The library collection includes items in a variety of formats including books, magazines, DVDs, teaching kits and online subscription databases. Resources are constantly updated to ensure students and teachers have access to relevant and current material.

Parent Library

Parents from the school community are encouraged to join the school library where they can access the entire school collection including resources of particular relevance to parents of today.

Primary Students

Each week a half-hour lesson conducted by a specialist primary teacher-librarian provides students with skills in finding and using information effectively. During this time students are also encouraged to gain an appreciation for reading for leisure and develop the habit of reading regularly.

Secondary Students

Classes regularly visit the library with teachers for research and instruction relevant to class work. The Head of Library works with classes and individuals to enable students to become effective and critical users of information.
