This week the Primary Campus were fortunate enough to be visited by Leya Wilson (Cricket NSW liaison officer), Erin Burns (Australian Cricketer) and Liam Hatcher (NSW Cricketer). Along with their team of development coaches, Leya’s team were here to help launch several initiatives for Cricket (and AFL) here at Avondale School, as well as the broader community. The students were fortunate enough to have a bash against Erin and Liam at lunch time as well! Thank you to Leya and her team for their visit, and for the excitement being built behind the ‘Watagan Rangers’ in our community.
