Kindy students had a wonderful time celebrating Teddy Day together recently! Throughout the day, they enjoyed a special visit from the String Ensemble, who performed The Teddy Bears’ Picnic. Students also created teddy crafts, played maths games with their teddies, took their furry friends along to Chapel, and shared a Teddy Bears’ picnic featuring foods that began with the letter Tt. The fun continued with teddy drawings, watching Old Bear with their special companions, and posing for photos in the Teddy Photo Booth. As a very thoughtful surprise, our Year 12 students went back to visit their Kindy teacher, kindly gifted each child a bear to take home.
