Primary HRIS Basketball

Primary News - June 12, 2026

Our Primary students recently represented the school at the HRIS Basketball days held at Broadmeadow Basketball Stadium, with the Junior teams competing on Monday, and the Senior teams taking to the court on Tuesday.Across both days, our students demonstrated outstanding sportsmanship, teamwork, determination, and school spirit. They represented the school with pride, encouraging one another and giving their best effort in every game. It was wonderful to see students displaying resilience, positive attitudes, and respect for their opponents throughout the competition.

Our Junior teams enjoyed a successful day, with the boys finishing in an impressive 4th place and the girls achieving a commendable 10th place. The following day, our Senior teams continued to represent the school admirably, with the boys finishing 6th and the girls placing 13th.

A special thank you to the many parents who attended the events and supported our students throughout the competition. We also greatly appreciate the commitment shown by families in helping students attend training sessions leading up to the event. Your encouragement and support played an important role in making these days such a positive experience for all involved.

Congratulations to all of our players on their efforts and for representing our school so well. We are proud of the way you competed, supported one another, and displayed excellent sportsmanship throughout both days.
