280 students across HRIS descended upon Avondale School recently to compete in the annual HRIS Chess Tournament. Well done to all 24 of our students, with most of our teams competing for the top table deep into the day. Special mention to our top ROOKIES team, earning Runners-Up in the Junior Competition, as well as Mr Head for helping to run such a fantastic event for our students!
