The Year 6 student leaders recently travelled to Newcastle to attend the GRIP Leadership Conference. The conference focused on developing positive leadership skills, encouraging our leaders to listen to others, take initiative, and contribute meaningfully to school improvement.
Throughout the day, our leaders gained valuable insights into the importance of student voice and explored the qualities that make an effective leader. They participated in engaging activities and discussions that challenged them to think about how they can make a positive impact within our school community.
The conference was an inspiring experience, leaving our student leaders motivated and excited to further develop their leadership skills as they continue to serve and support both the school and the wider community.
