CAPA Showcase Night was a wonderful celebration of our students’ creativity, talent and achievement across Visual Arts, Music, and Drama.Parents, students and community members enjoyed an impressive exhibition featuring the completed HSC Bodies of Work, Year 11 Preliminary Visual Arts projects, and a vibrant selection of artworks created by students in Years 8-10. The exhibition highlighted the imagination, technical skill, and dedication of our young artists.
The evening also featured outstanding Year 11 Music performances and an entertaining Year 9 Drama showcase, which celebrated students of all abilities and experience levels. Our Year 12 Music students presented their final performances as they prepared for their HSC practical examinations, demonstrating confidence, commitment, and musical maturity.
Congratulations to every student who performed or exhibited work, and thank you to the families, staff and members of our school community who joined us in celebrating their success. It was a memorable evening and a wonderful reflection of the creativity flourishing within CAPA at Avondale School.
