Thursday afternoon saw some of our sporting students attend our first strength and conditioning session at Engine Room Morisset. Under the guidance of head trainer Shaun, our students were put through an introductory session focused on teaching correct form, technique, and control. This provides the basis for future sessions. Our students were eager to learn and showed a matured level of focus and determination. Our Secondary Head of PDHPE, Mr Kea, is proud of the students' efforts and vibes they showcased, and is looking forward to seeing them grow in this space.
