Secondary Week of Worship

Secondary News - Feb 27, 2026

This week, our school gathered for a powerful Week of Worship themed Open Arms. Each day we explored what it means to run to God’s open arms, arms that never close, never push away, and are always ready to welcome us home.

Our incredible Year 12 students led the entire week, and their leadership shone in every moment. From the beautifully decorated stage that set the scene, to the hilarious icebreakers, creative videos that showcased our staff and students, to the heartfelt leading of worship that filled the Worship Centre, their passion and creativity pointed everyone toward the heart of God.

Throughout the week, we were reminded that no matter where we’ve been or what we’ve done, God’s arms are always open and ready to guide us forward. It was a week of music, prayer, and community that left us with the clear message that we are never too far from God’s love. His open arms are always waiting, and we can run to Him just as we are.

A huge thank you to all of our Year 12’s who rallied together to put on an amazing week for our Secondary students.
