Year 11 Hospitality students this week catered for the Cooranbong Community Centre volunteers, providing them with a three course meal, alternate drop. Students worked exceptionally well in their teams, managing their food preparation requirements, cooking their dishes and presenting all dishes to a high standard. Students were able to put into practice their skills learned throughout the year as well as from their week of placement last week in industry. We like to thank the volunteers each year for all they do in our local community of Cooranbong. This is a small gesture for the huge amount of work they do.
