Last week, Year 2 enjoyed an excursion to Sunnyside, where they toured the historic home of Ellen G White. As part of their Encounter Bible lessons, students explored Ellen White’s life, faith, commitment to serving others and even how she helped to start Avondale School! Students loved bringing their classroom learning to life as they discovered more about this amazing author and dedicated pioneer. If you would like to learn more, Sunnyside is open for public tours every Saturday from 3.00 - 5.00pm.
