Our Year 4 students recently had an exciting day launching the model rockets they had built themselves. After spending time carefully constructing their rockets and learning about basic rocketry, the students eagerly gathered outside for the big launch. One by one, rockets shot high into the sky, with students cheering as they watched their creations take flight.
Of course, not every launch went perfectly! A few rockets ended up stuck in nearby trees, while others landed on the school building roof, much to children’s disappointment. These unexpected moments only added to the excitement of the day.
Despite a few lost rockets, the experience was a huge success. The students had an incredible time, learned valuable skills. It was a fun and memorable day that will not be forgotten anytime soon!
