The Year 8 Anna Bay camp at the end of last term was all we hoped it could be. Surf school, Sup boarding and Kayaking around the beautiful Nelson Bay area. There were squeals of excitement as dolphins were spotted, as rays and eels were patted and fed. Giant sand dunes to cartwheel down, or roll (some were better than others). That explains the pockets full of sand! For most students they did something on camp for the first time, for some it was trying to ride a tandem bike, others standing up on a surfboard. Playing capture the flag at night on the dunes was a lot of fun. A big thank you to the teachers who made it happen and a big well done to Year 8.
