Our students from the Year 10, 11 and 12 Music classes attended an excursion to Sydney this week to see Encore at the newly refurbished Opera House. The concert was a showcase of the very best performances and compositions from the 2022 HSC Music Examinations in NSW. Our students enjoyed the wide variety of genres and styles presented, and said they left the program feeling both inspired and in awe of the talents they witnessed. We hope this encourages our musicians to strive for excellence in their own performance pursuits, particularly our Year 12 students currently preparing their examination programs. As usual, our students represented the school out in public exceptionally well which made for a really delightful day in the city!
