The Year 9-12 Music and Drama classes had the privilege to attend a professional production of Beauty And The Beast at Capitol Theatre on Wednesday. Everyone was amazed at the incredible technical elements on display; from the seamless set movements to the creative lighting effects and the mysteries behind the beast transformation! We appreciated attending a Q&A session at the conclusion of the show to gain further insights into the pre-production stages and life as a performer. Our students were excellent ambassadors for Avondale School out in Sydney and many expressed how inspired they felt about their own musical journeys after seeing the show.
